The process is fairly simple and the overall experience is good and user-friendly. However, I have one concern: - During the start of the swap, it tells me that I have 120 seconds to submit the offer, and if I don't do it, the maker has the right to keep 2% of the amount. I don't understand why this is needed, it says it is for "anti-spam purposes" but 2% is lot of money. What happens if I simply have a power outage at that critical time?
A good swap site
I tried to exchange BTC to XRM and I found the process on the website well managed and straight forward, even if it doesn't find the maker the refund is automatic. If I may only give a recommendation is that when the process starts, since a good chunk of the transaction is done locally in the browser, it seems that the "Start swap" button is stuck for a few seconds, but after that every step is updated in real time. I liked the service mainly because you are in control of the keys, so no crypto is withheld by an external party.
The swap process and fee details are transparent and clear.

Very easy swaping platform
This is my first swap; the steps are easy to understand. You need not worry, as everything is done automatically. My swap was finished in less than 20 minutes, could be shorter if I swap with big amount
Took a while but in the end it worked
Exchanged 0.00039 BTC into XMR. It took a while to finally find a maker. First I tried a smaller amount and it failed several times, yet after I raised it it finally went through. So yeah, the speed could be improved, the rest worked pretty well.
