Bitcoin is a tool of absolute democracy; indeed, if we consider derivatives and leveraged derivatives on Bitcoin, we know that as long as the price holds up, we are liquidated at a profit, but if everyone sells, we are liquidated as the price crashes.
In contrast, with derivatives and futures on fiat currency, if there is strong selling pressure, debt-based money is created to settle the positions, and this is then passed on to consumers. It's a capitalist system where the person at the back of the queue always loses out.

What do you think?

My understanding of bitcoin is that it is a type of decentralized based system, and most people know very well that no central government authority can control it.

That means the concepts of Democratic and Decentralized are different, they are not the same. So it seems like your point here doesn't get through the example you gave about the actual trade through futures or derivatives.
